미 연준 신뢰성의 추락

1. 미 연준 고위 인사들이 내부정보를 이용하여 주식 거래를 했으며 밝혀지면서 사건 초기에 두 명의 지역연준 총재들이 사임.(Kaplan, Dallas 연준 총재; Rosengren, Boston 연준 총재) 

 

   특히 최근에 경제학자로 명망이 높았던 Clarida 부의장이 애초에 주식 거래에 대해 해명하면서 얘기한 내용이 거짓이

   었다는 게 판명되면서 전격 사임(2022.1월)
